Testwell CTC++: Code Coverage for dSpace SystemDesk® and TargetLink®
Analysis of the code coverage when simulating virtual ECUs (V-ECUs)
Testwell CTC++ shows the code coverage during the PC-based simulation of virtual ECUs generated with SystemDesk®. SystemDesk is a product from dSPACE that supports the development of complex ECU software based on AUTOSAR.For simulation purposes, virtual ECUs (V-ECUs) can be generated for electronic control units which are part of the system. In addition to the application software, V-ECUs also contain the AUTOSAR run-time environment (RTE) and optionally further basic software modules. The generated V-ECUs can be executed on the dSPACE offline simulation platform VEOS® on a PC. Processor-in-the-loop (PIL) simulation is also supported.
The simulation of single V-ECUs and whole ECU systems allows software models to be verified and tested early in the development process. By interfacing with Testwell CTC++, code coverage analysis of application software, basic software and RTE code can also be performed.
In addition, CTC++ can be used for analyzing the code coverage of dSPACE TargetLink® models simulated in SIL or PIL mode.
Testwell CTC++ is a leading test coverage tool. It works seamlessly with many toolchains, testing tools and test environments.
"Partner"-tools include SystemDesk® and TargetLink® from dSPACE.
